LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man wanted in a fatal shooting last week near Transylvania University's campus turned himself in Friday morning to Lexington police.
Police spokeswoman Brenna Angel said 32-year-old Seantel Watson was served a warrant for murder.
Authorities accuse Watson in the shooting death of 44-year Larry Rose Jr. on March 6.
