FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) — For the fifth day in a row, dozens of people were back in Frankfort waiting line hoping to get their unemployment benefits.

Many people stayed overnight to hold their spots. Crystal Norris said it is frustrating to wait in line when, in theory, all she needs is a signature to get her money.

"I know a lot of people like myself were already approved," Norris said. "All we need is someone to sign off on paperwork looking to get resolution."

The line is still long and is filled with people hoping that they'll leave with their unemployment nightmare in the past.

"What I want to see is all these families out here today to get some kind of answer and get money that is owed to them," Norris said.
