LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX NEWS) — An overturned vehicle has shut down all inbound lanes of Richmond Road at Jacobson Park in Lexington Monday.
One vehicle overturned at the scene, blocking all inbound lanes, according to Lexwrecks on X. Drivers are being turned around or diverted to Old Richmond Road.
