OWSLEY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — An Owsley County High School teacher was arrested on allegations that he sexually abused two students.
James S. Cornett, 40, was arrested after allegations were made of the abuse to Kentucky State Police.
He was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Cornett was lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail.
