LEXINGTON, Kt. (LEX 18) - — One person was taken to the hospital following a shooting in Lexington on Thanksgiving morning.
Officers were dispatched to the Village Apartments in the 200-block Old Todds Road. According to Lexington police, there was an argument between two individuals inside a unit. The argument then moved into a vehicle where a victim was shot multiple times.
The suspect fled the scene and is still on the run. Police say this was not random but would not specify a motive or identify the suspect.
It's the second shooting in Lexington in less than 15 hours.
