LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A former Salvation Army employee is accused of stealing more than $61,000 in tuition payments from the early learning center.

According to an arrest citation, Lexington police charged Patricia Mills with theft by deception including cold checks worth $10,000 or more.
