ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Loved ones are gathering tonight for a prayer service for a recent Anderson County High School graduate who remains in critical condition after a crash.
Jill Hurst is at the University of Kentucky Hospital. She was injured in a crash last Friday.
David Henderson, 30, is charged with first-degree assault in the case. Police say the Mercer County man ran from a traffic stop in Harrodsburg last Friday and crashed after fleeing to Lawrenceburg. Kentucky State Police say that more charges are pending in the case.
The prayer service for Hurst will be at 7 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Lawrenceburg.
