PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police in Prestonsburg may find themselves on the naughty list next year after posting a complaint about Santa's driving skills.

The posting officer captured a photo of Santa's magic reindeer and said that it was the second year in a row that the jolly old elf had cut off one of their officers.

"It is OBVIOUS he didn’t have to pass any DMV testing to operate a bunch of wild animals pulling him around in the air. It’s also a good thing NORAD is directing all the air traffic away from him. He pulled right out in front of one of our officers. Good thing it’s unseasonably warm, too, ‘cause if there had been ANY ice...ole Rudolph ‘woulda had to replace that nose blinker,"reads the post.

The officer did not issue a citation to Santa Claus. Hopefully next year, he'll follow all traffic signals and look both ways before pulling onto US 23.
