LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Protesters continued protesting against police in brutality on Friday night in Lexington.

There were just under 100 protesters on Friday, which is a smaller number than usual. That can likely be attributed to tomorrow morning's march from Lexington Police Headquarters to Southland Christian Church that begins at 8 am.

Protesters were seen throwing pieces of bacon in front of the police station and taunting police that were in the parking garage by making pig noises.

According to protest leaders, protesters are working to change the name of Cheapside. The new name is undetermined.
