LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The westbound lanes of Interstate Highway 64 reopened to traffic Wednesday morning just past the northern split with Interstate Highway 75 after a semi tractor-trailer caught fire.
Authorities said the fire was reported about 10 p.m. Tuesday.
Officials tell LEX 18 that the trailer was destroyed but no one was injured.
It was not immediately clear what the semi was carrying.
Traffic was not affected in the eastbound lanes.
