LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX NEWS) — A semi-truck driver reportedly escaped injury after the vehicle struck a guardrail and caught fire in the 1100 block of Newtown Pike Wednesday morning.
Lexington Fire Department crews responded to the scene and worked to extinguish the fire. The driver was out of the vehicle and safe, LFD reported.
Officials confirmed the nearby Amazon Warehouse was not involved in the incident.
