(LEX 18) — US Marshals have arrested the suspect in a Frankfort murder that happened in September.
Justin Cromer, 28, was arrested in Detroit, Mich. in connection with the shooting death of Anthony Hendrix in East Frankfort Park on Labor Day.
Police told LEX 18 that the shooting occurred at a private event in the early evening hours. Hendrix was a Cincinnati native.
Cromer is in jail awaiting extradition to Kentucky to face a murder charge.
