LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington teenager charged in a deadly shooting was scheduled to appear in court Friday.
Police charged 19-year-old Jo'Qwan Jackson in the death of 23-year-old Damontrial Fulgham.
Authorities said Jackson shot Fulgham and another person Dec. 10 on Osage Court in the Woodhill area.
Fulgham died at the scene, and the second victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Jackson entered a plea of not guilty on Dec. 18.
A preliminary hearing was set for Friday morning.
