Officials reported that the Tom Dorman Nature Preserve is back open following a report of a "mental health crisis" on Sunday.
Officials noted that there is no threat to the public and additional information will not be released at this time.

The hiking trails at the Tom Dorman Nature Preserve are currently closed, according to Garrard County Emergency Management Deputy Dustin Price.
Price said there is an ongoing investigation by the Garrard County Sheriff's Office. There is no threat to the public.
The nature preserve is located near the Garrard County and Jessamine County line.
