LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A tractor-trailer overturned Monday morning, blocking the ramp from the inner loop of New Circle Road going inbound on Newtown Pike.
The accident occurred at about 7:30 a.m.
The ramp is closed to traffic.
It is currently unclear how long it will take before the exit ramp is reopened.
