Two arrested after police track down stolen car

FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Deputies in working a stolen car case ended up discovering more than expected.

The Floyd County Sheriff's Office says deputies found the car on Wednesday and arrested the driver.

Police identified her as 27 year-old Lonna Music of Louisville, and she is charged with receiving stolen property.

During the search, police say they also discovered her passenger allegedly had 200 grams of crystal meth, along with a handgun despite a previous felony conviction.

Police identified him as 26 year-old Tyler Thacker of Ivel.

Both were arrested and booked in the Floyd County Detention Center.
