(LEX 18) — University of Kentucky trustees will attend an event Monday in New York City with U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Kelly Craft.
Craft was born in Lexington and grew up in Glasgow in Barron County. She also is a former UK trustee.
Craft and the UK delegation will attend a reception and dinner at 6 p.m. in Rockefeller Center's Rainbow Room.
No business will be conducted, but by law the media must be notified whenever a majority of UK board members are scheduled to attend a gathering.
