SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Benton, Ky. woman was killed Friday afternoon following a crash on US 460 in Scott County.
According to authorities, Margaret Morgan, 37, was driving eastbound on Paris Pike when she crossed the center line and collided with a box truck.
The driver of the box truck was not injured. Both were the sole occupants of their vehicles and both were wearing seatbelts.
Drugs and alcohol do not appear to be a factor.
