LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Fayette County Coroner's officials were on the scene early Wednesday morning of a crash inside Masterson Station Park.
Police and fire crews were called out around 5:50 a.m.
On Wednesday around 1 p.m., the victim was identified as Jose Antonio Jimenez Perez, 35, of Lexington.
The cause of death was multiple blunt force injuries and was ruled as an accident.
At the scene, a truck appeared to have crashed head-on into a tree.
The crash went unnoticed for an unknown amount of time before a passerby spotted it and called authorities, officials said.
