WINCHESTER, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police officials arrested Winchester man who they say shared images of child pornography online.
Authorities said 45-year-old Jerry Dale Spencer Jr. was arrested Wednesday evening after an investigation by KSP's Electronic Crimes Branch.
Police charged Spencer with one count of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and two counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.
He was being held in the Clark County Detention Center.
Police said equipment was seized from Spencer's home and that the investigation into the case is ongoing.
