WOODFORD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Woodford County Schools and Versailles police say an alleged threat against the high school was investigated and deemed to be not credible.
In a post on its officials Facebook page, schools officials said they learned Thursday night about a "rumors on social media concerning an alleged threat at Woodford County High School."
Versailles police investigated the incident and "determined there is no credibility to the alleged threat."
School officials thanked unnamed students, whom they said informed school officials of the rumors.
