MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. (Macon Telegraph)– Police in Georgia say a woman didn’t want to watch the Georgia-Kentucky football game, so she fired shots at her family.

Officers say 28-year-old Tambria Palmer was arrested Saturday in Central Georgia after her father would not let her change the TV channel from the Georgia-Kentucky football game.

Police say the two started arguing and Palmer went to her bedroom, got a gun, and fired several shots.

Palmer’s mother and four children were also in the home at the time.

She faces charges of aggravated assault, cruelty to children, and one count of reckless conduct.
