PIKE COUNTY, Ohio (LEX 18)– A woman arrested in connection with an Ohio family massacre wants the charges against her dismissed.

Fredericka Wagner’s son, daughter-in-law, and two grandsons are awaiting trial in the murders of the Rhoden family in Pike County, Ohio, back in April of 2016.

Authorities accused Wagner of covering up the killings by lying about two bulletproof vests she bought online.

Wagner’s attorneys have filed a motion to have obstruction of justice and perjury charges dismissed.

She had previously pleaded not guilty and is currently under house arrest.
