Chase customers report issues with online account balances

Chase Bank said Sunday morning that it was aware that customers reported "seeing incorrect balances in their checking account overnight".

Chase said the discrepancies were caused by a technical issue that delayed updates on Chase Mobile and Chase Online.

The bank said the issue was resolved at 9 a.m. Sunday and that accounts should accurately reflect customers' balances.
