LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Lexington fire crews responded to a report of a structure fire in the 1900 block of Cambridge Drive near the Cardinal Valley area at 7:14 a.m. Wednesday.
Upon arrival, crews were met with heavy smoke conditions.
Major Derek Roberts tells us crews contained the fire to the kitchen area and extinguished fire.
There is no word on displacement or injuries yet.
