SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Court documents reveal that a 35-year-old man was indicted on Nov. 13 on rape and sodomy charges in Scott County.
According to documents, Tyler Florence was indicted for one count of first-degree rape and three counts of first-degree sodomy.
The document details that he "committed the offense of rape first degree" on Feb. 20, 2023, and on Feb. 20, 2025, "committed the offense of sodomy first degree."
Florence is lodged in the Bourbon County Detention Center.
