SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Cynthiana man was indicted on Nov. 13 on two counts of first-degree rape in Scott County, according to court documents.
Documents state that 50-year-old Ronald Vaughn "committed the offense of rape first degree" on Dec. 13, 2021.
According to Kentucky Online Offender Lookup, Vaughn is out on shock probation for second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor in Harrison County.
He is booked in the Bourbon County Detention Center.
