LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A criminal complaint reveals that a Lexington man has been arrested and charged after he allegedly sexually abused a minor in Aug. 2025.
According to the complaint, 37-year-old Carlos Lagos-Colindres was arrested on March 10 following an investigation involving the sexual abuse of a minor.
The complaint states Lagos-Colindres is charged with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 12.
He is booked in the Fayette County Detention Center.
