Lexington man indicted for 'promoting human trafficking,' official reports

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington man was reportedly indicted in Montgomery County Circuit Court on April 29 for "promoting human trafficking" and "procurement or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means."

Officials reported that 39-year-old Russell Edward Miller was arrested on Friday by the United States Marshals Service and Montgomery County Sheriff's Department at a home in Lexington.
