LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man is facing 45 charges after allegedly starting a fire at the Days Inn on North Broadway in Lexington on Dec. 14, according to an arrest citation.
The citation states that 33-year-old Christopher Britt "intentionally started a fire in a building that is inhabited or occupied."
According to the citation, Britt is charged with one count of first-degree arson and 44 counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. He is booked in the Fayette County Detention Center.
