GEORGETOWN, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Georgetown Police Department reports that they responded to a reported assault involving a firearm near Juniper Path on Sept. 15.
Based on evidence, police say they obtained and executed a search warrant for a home and two vehicles.
According to police, the search led to the recovery of 21 firearms and around 16 pounds of suspected marijuana.
Police say that as a result, a man and woman were arrested on charges related to the reported assault and drug offenses.
