JESSAMINE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — An investigation by the Nicholasville Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division has led to the arrest of a man now facing a child pornography charge.
23-year-old Trey Collins was arrested on Tuesday and is charged with possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under the age of 12.
He is booked in the Jessamine County Detention Center.
