Kentucky State Police have identified the individual found dead in Cumberland Falls State Resort Park on Friday has been identified as 32-year-old Domnesha Scott.
Scott suffered a medical emergency while hiking the trail and was pronounced dead on scene by the Whitley County Sheriff's Office, KSP said in a press release.
Her remains were transported to the medical examiner's office, and an autopsy is pending.
