LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A driver avoided injury after flipping his car on New Circle Road, but could face other trouble.
This incident happened around 3 a.m. near the Winchester Road exit on New Circle Road.
Police said only one car was involved and the driver was not hurt.
However, the driver was taken into custody due to suspicion of possible impairment.
