KENTON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Northern Kentucky teen has pleaded not guilty to rape and sexual abuse charges.

According to court documents, Joseph Eubank was in eighth grade when he was first accused of committing a sex crime.

Now, the 17-year-old has been charged as an adult with one count of rape and three counts of sexual abuse against four different girls who were all minors.

Prosecutors said the attacks happened when Eubank was between the ages of 14 and 16.

Eubank has not responded to a plea offer.

If convicted, he will be faced with up to 35 years in prison.

Eubank's next hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 11.
