UPDATE: Man found after Golden Alert issued

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Golden Alert had been issued for a Kentucky man with dementia in Montgomery County on Friday.

On Saturday, Herndon was located, according to a Facebook post made by Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

According to a Facebook post made by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, Robert "Bob" Herndon, 82, had gone missing from the Sawmill Road area.

Herndon has dementia and does not have his medication.

Herndon is 5 foot 6 inches and weighs 186 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white polo shirt with a navy blue collar, navy blue cotton work pants and a navy blue cap with KDMK on the front.
