LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — There has been a Golden Alert canceled for a missing Lexington man.
Joseph Conner Boggs, 20, was last seen in the area of the Veterans Park on Saturday around 9:30 a.m.
Boggs is legally blind, deaf and has a traumatic brain injury. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt with a Batman logo over a purple long sleeve t-shirt and black sweatpants.
Boggs previously went missing on Nov. 8 and again on Nov. 14.
