LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Kentucky Castle is partnering with Coach John Calipari and John Schnatter to give back to those who are on the front lines on the fight against COVID19.
Every day, 200 meals will be made at the castle and delivered to medical staff and first responders.
“What we are doing doesn’t even register on a scale compared to what those people on the frontlines are doing, their the hero’s here," The Castle Co-owner and physician Matt Dawson said. "The focus should be 100 percent on them. We are very blessed to give back, but they are the ones who are really going to make the difference."
Dawson hopes other follow their lead and join in as well. He says he knows times are hard but right now we need to support those on the frontlines.
