Kentucky State Police report that the IAN Alert has been canceled, that the missing juvenile was found safe on Wednesday afternoon, and that he is being reunited with his family.

An IAN Alert has been issued for a missing juvenile who was reportedly last seen in Lexington on Wednesday morning.
According to Kentucky State Police, the juvenile was last seen just before 10 a.m. on Wednesday on Conley Street.
KSP says the juvenile is 5'7" tall, with brown hair and eyes, and has autism.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
