BREATHITT, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened Friday around 10:37 a.m. on Wolverine Road in Breathitt County.
KSP say they received a 911 call in reference to a female being unresponsive inside of a residence.
After arriving on the scene, police located four people suffering from gunshot wounds.
According to officials, the initial investigation showed that 34-year-old Ashley Little shot three people, identified as 15-year-old Chloe Little, 58-year-old Luther Combs, and 78-year-old Missouri Gross. After shooting the three individuals, Little took her own life.
The individuals were pronounced dead on the scene by the Breathitt County Coroner's Office.
The four bodies have been sent to the state medical examiner's office pending an autopsy.
This is an ongoing investigation, and police say there is no threat to the public.
