(LEX 18) — The Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area is celebrating National Public Lands Day this weekend with special discounts on its attractions.
The park will offer free admission to the Homeplace 1850s Working Farm and the Woodlands Nature Station on Saturday, which they are dubbing as Visitor Appreciation Day.
Visitors can also catch a sunset canoe trip from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at $25 per canoe.
