UPDATE:
The Fayette County Coroner has identified the person who was shot and killed on Marshall Lane in Lexington.
According to the coroner, 80-year-old Arliss Stewart was allegedly shot by the suspect, who barricaded himself in the house and refused to leave.
After entering the home, police located Stewart, who was suffering from a gunshot wound.
Lexington police say 59-year-old James Bradburn was arrested and charged with murder. According to Bradburn's arrest citation, he allegedly pulled out a gun in front of Stewart and shot a hole in the home's floor. A struggle ensued and that's when Stewart was shot with the gun, according to the citation.
Bradburn is being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.
