1 person arrested in connection to pedestrian hit-and-run in Lexington

UPDATE: June 3 at 5:50 p.m.

A man is facing charges in connection to a morning hit-and-run on West Loudon that left one person with minor injuries.

According to the Lexington Police Department, officers located the driver of the vehicle, 27-year-old Adrun Bennett, a short time after the incident occured.

He is charged with leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid and no operators-moped license.

Bennett is housed in the Fayette County Detention Center.
