LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington woman is in jail on Sunday morning after being charged with attempted robbery.
Angela Hudson, 30, has been charged with attempted robbery in the first degree.
Police said Hudson tried to force her way into a gas station on Winchester Road, while armed with a weapon, demanded money and threatened to shoot the clerk.
According to police, she was only kept out by the clerk who held the door closed.
Hudson has been taken to the Fayette County Jail.
