LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington woman has been accused of holding another woman against her will and sexually abusing her, according to police.
Margaret Riggs, 38, was arrested and charged with first-degree kidnapping and sexual abuse.
According to the arrest warrant, Riggs allegedly kept a woman in an apartment on Mercer Road while other people took the victim's cash card and used it to withdraw money from a Kroger self-checkout.
The victim has also accused Riggs of touching her inappropriately.
Riggs has been charged with kidnapping and sexual abuse.
