LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Commissioner of Health Dr. Joel McCullough announced his resignation, effective July 31.
The announcement comes only a few months after McCullough stepped into the new role in mid-February.
Lexington-Fayette County Board of Health will begin a national search for a new commissioner in the coming weeks, according to Kevin Hall, LFCHD Communications Officer.
