LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Louisville man already charged with human trafficking and promoting prostitution has been arrested again following an investigation by the attorney general's cyber crimes unit.

Nigel Nicholas, 53, has now been charged with witness tampering after authorities say he brought another person into the state to help him pressure a witness into recanting.

The witness was reportedly offered money and property in exchange for a retraction. Nicholas was originally arrested two years ago after he was accused of selling sex with teenagers over the internet.

Nicholas has been released from jail after posting an additional $20,000 bond on top of his original $10,000 bond.
