(LEX 18) — A man accused of attacking a woman at a Scott County cemetery has entered a guilty plea to kidnapping.
On Friday, Brice Gross pleaded guilty to kidnapping and is now facing 15 years in prison.
Brice Gross told police that he was planning to strangle a woman, put her in her car, then drive her car into the water back in 2017.
In a jail interview, Gross told LEX 18 that he has multiple personalities and, at the time of the incident, his sinister personality took over.
Gross' final sentencing has been scheduled for October 4 at 1 p.m.
The attemped murder charge against Gross has been dismissed.
