Man accused of killing mother and grandfather accepts plea agreement

(LEX 18) — An Indiana man accused of killing his mother and grandfather, then going to Pulaski County, has accepted a plea agreement, according to the Commonwealth Journal.

Cody booth has been charged with murder, robbery and conspiracy.

Booth has been accused of killing Walter Bryant Junior and Faith Craig with his girlfriend, Margie Thompson.

Thompson pleaded guilty earlier this year and agreed to a 95-year prison sentence.

According to the Commonwealth Journal, Booth pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder of his mother and guilty to the murder of his grandfather.

Booth has been scheduled to be formally sentenced next month in Indiana.
