BOYLE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man accused of leading police on a chase through the Centre College campus before disappearing has been arrested.
Kyle Johnson, 32, allegedly fled from Danville police on Wednesday night.
After crashing his car while going over railroad tracks, police said he fled on foot through the Centre College campus and got away.
On Thursday, Boyle County sheriff's deputies got a tip that said Johnson was staying at an apartment and police reportedly found him there. Johnson was hiding in a closet, according to police.
Johnson is now being held at the Boyle County Detention Center and is facing numerous charges.
